Who We Are
Now a third generation family-owned company, Paramount Construction, Inc. has been building in Wyoming since 1978. The company was founded on quality construction, honest dealings, and an unparalleled work ethic. Owner Bill Gurkin, Jr. is leading the company with that same philosophy he learned from his Dad as he grew up with the company in Casper.
Christine Priest, also from Casper, joined the company in 2017 and rounds out the team with her background in Architectural Engineering, 5 years in luxury
resort development, and 10 years in commercial construction management.

We offer an end-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, staffing, on-site organization, and quality craftsmanship.
We provide commercial and residential construction services for projects of all sizes. We are able to adapt to our clients needs, and are also able to provide design-build, owner's representation, and
pre-construction/estimating services.
